Älvsborgsbron
This is the other bridge Älvsborgsbron connecting the mainland of Gothenburg with Hisingen. It was built in 1967. Initially it was painted grey but in 1993 it was repainted mint green and apparently 36 000 liters of paint was used!

Röda Sten
This area is called Röda Sten (the Red Stone) because one can find a huge red-painted stone here. There are several stories about it, one tells that a Swedish officer was killed here during a Danish attack and his blood splashed all over the stone and turned it red. Who knows…

Mölndalsån
The secret of taking a good picture is partly by showing a known place from a new angle. You have probably walked along this river (Mölndalsån) maybe as a child all excited about going to the amusment park Liseberg, at least I have. But I have never seen that little road from up above, before now.
